FINANCING

The buy of a house in Spain can be financed through a Spanish bank or savings bank. Most of the mortgages in Spain use the variable intrest rate. We work closely with most of the banks, savings banks and specialized mortgage brokers. All this allows us to provide the cllient with the maximum possible service in order to get his mortgage.

The international situation has made it more difficult to get mortgages:
- Banks apply a higher differential to the Euribor (most used reference at the moment)
- Very few banks give 80% LTV, some 70% but most 60% LTV
- Valutions done by the independent companies just before approving the mortgage are very conservative.
